Cookies and Omnivox

"Cookies" : what are they?

Cookies are small files put on your computer by certain web sites to store information regarding you or your preferences. They can not contain more than what you personally input on screen : it is therefore impossible to "guess" your name, your address or your e-mail, nor is it possible to gain access to any other data contained in your computer.

How Omnivox uses them...

The system only sets configuration parameters in the cookies it uses and doesn’t store any personal information. It is therefore impossible to trace back your identifier or any other information you might input onscreen. Furthermore, as soon as you leave the site, the system cuts any link with the cookie that had been placed on your computer.

Therefore, you can accept cookies without any afterthought: they will allow you to access the services in a safe and enjoyable way.
